Agent Rules:
No member shall represent the client of another agency or deliberately seek to represent
their work unbeknown to the other agent. If such occasion arises it must be in full consultation with all parties involved
and written consent provided.
No member shall prevent a client from leaving an agency. If a client does leave
a member agency, then that agency shall have a continuing right to full commission on contracts which the agency negotiated,
except for unexploited rights in those contracts.
All earnings on clients’ work must be paid within reason of receipt
and clearance of funds from the bank. No reading fee shall be charged to clients. No editorial fee shall be charged
to clients. All members must conduct their business lawfully. All members must provide in writing details of
their terms and commission to a new client. Clients must be specifically made aware of clauses 1 and 2 above. All members’
clients’ financial affairs are private and confidential. No individual member may represent a buyer or a seller
in the same transaction. No member may accept non-disclosed profit in connection with any transaction.

Returns and Cancellations
Policy: Books purchased through Worldwide Publishing, Inc. are printed as they are ordered. Note: Because of the production
expense of print on demand manufacturing, WWP cannot cancel orders, accept returns or provide refunds on these products.
We recommend that you carefully check your order for accuracy before confirming your purchase. Select the shipping option
that best meets your needs. Note: WWP accepts no responsibility for the quality of the content (including misspelled words,
grammatical errors, etc.), its formatting, design or overall appearance. We provide a creator-controlled publishing tool,
so the author approves the visual presentation and content of each item. Our staff does not monitor or check individual content
prior to publication through our web site. If you receive a book, text or electronic file that is damaged in some way (missing,
torn, or loose pages in books or text, etc.), we are happy to provide a replacement copy. Please notify us through our online
order help form. Shipping FAQ All products are manufactured when ordered. The number of shipping days listed do not include
manufacturing times. •Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. They may be affected by factors over which WWP has
no control, including incorrect delivery addresses, customs delays and Post Office delivery restrictions. Orders affected
by such delays may take as long as 6 weeks to arrive. WWP will take no action on these orders during that time. •FedEx business
days are Monday through Friday for FedEx Commercial delivery and Tuesday through Saturday for FedEx Home delivery. •USPS business
days are Monday through Saturday. •WWP business days are Monday through Friday. •International Economy packages are delivered
via the postal service of the destination country. WWP cannot ship to international PO Boxes. •Local Customs and Immigration
agencies determine any duties or taxes that may be levied against packages arriving from outside the destination country.
These additional fees are the responsibility of the recipient. WWP cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred by the
purchaser or recipient of orders due to shipment failure or late delivery. •WWP does not offer shipping insurance. •All orders
addressed to an APO or FPO (military mail) must be shipped via a USPS method. •FedEx is not available for Post Office (PO)
